We want you to love your ride and your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

We’re currently going to have pick-up only for our bikes, but we’ll ship parts and accessories. This is a TBD at this point.
