Refund policy

 

Return Eligibility Window

We want you to love your ride and your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

Return Process & Shipping Costs

To start a return, you can contact us directly or visit our Costa Mesa storefront. For parts and accessories that were shipped to you, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items & E-Bikes

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Because our electric bikes are high-performance vehicles, e-bikes that have been ridden, modified, or altered from their original delivery state are not eligible for a standard refund. Furthermore, custom orders, sale items, gift cards, or completed mechanical service labor from our service department are final sale and non-returnable. Please inspect your e-bike thoroughly at the time of local pickup to ensure total satisfaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an accessory arrives damaged via shipment, or if an e-bike exhibits a manufacturer defect during your initial pickup, we will work with you swiftly to provide a replacement, exchange, or necessary repairs through our service department.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
